OPPORTUNITY
As Client Success Executive for Sunny you will work closely with the Client Success Team, CEO, and Executive Leadership Team. The Client Success Executive will be responsible for managing and coordinating various business management initiatives, ensuring the Team’s priorities are met, optimizing their time and resources, and overseeing the development of administrative operations.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES
- Works with clients to determine core program goals and KPIs to inform program design and measure ongoing program performance.
- Manage client relationships by providing strategic consulting advice and work with all other functional teams – Product, Engineering, Marketing, Member Services, Quality Management, Analytics – architecting the ideal solution.
- Work with other Client Success team members to share cross-functional learnings and standardize processes / design approach.
- Supports the Sales and Product groups in coordinating internal and industry-reaching leadership activities; effectively guiding and supporting the teams with key deliverables and troubleshooting issues/logistics.
- Leads special initiatives representing the executive leadership team, particularly those related to strategic issues, organizational activities, business development, client relationship management and thought leadership.
- Assists in all Business Development and Account Management activities including preparation of decks, sending emails, managing shared communication, working in a CRM, and organizing file management resources, etc.
- Manage special projects as assigned.
REQUIRED CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience engaging with executive leadership to drive transformative business initiatives
- Functioning knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Willing to travel to client or strategic partner on-site sessions, or collocate with internal team members around once per month
- Ability to adjust or move self and light or medium weight objects in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments
- In the event of a workplace incident, agreeance to submit to testing for the detection of drugs and/or alcohol
- Completion of a criminal background check inclusive of a motor vehicle report
PREFERRED CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and develop insights and recommendations
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Extreme attention to detail with excellent follow-through
- Strong proofreading, editing/writing skills
- Self-starter/energetic person eager to grow and be developed in a company
- No ego, will find a way to get any job done
- Experience in business consulting, healthcare technology and/or startup companies is a plus
