OPPORTUNITY

As Experience Operations Platforms Manager / Developer, you will be the architect behind Sunny’s engagement technology stack—bridging marketing vision with data, automation, and operational excellence.

You’ll manage the systems that power our campaigns, build integrations between tools, and ensure reliable data flow across channels. You’ll also help define Sunny’s approach to measurement, reporting, and continuous improvement, enabling smarter and more personalized consumer experiences.

This is a critical role for a technically minded marketer or marketing technologist who thrives on building elegant systems that scale.

 

Platform Management and Integration

  • Administer and optimize marketing platforms including CRM, automation, and analytics tools.
  • Build integrations between MarTech systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Braze, Tableau, etc.).
  • Develop workflows, triggers, and audience segmentation logic to support automated campaigns.

Data Governance and Analytics

  • Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and privacy standards across all systems.
  • Collaborate with Analytics to develop real-time dashboards and actionable insights.
  • Implement and monitor KPIs that measure engagement, conversion, and platform performance.

Innovation and Enablement

  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that enhance member experience.
  • Lead pilot implementations, QA releases, and documentation of platform enhancements.
  • Train internal teams on best practices for campaign execution and measurement.

Who You Are

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in marketing technology, operations, or data integration.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience building and managing in-app campaigns and programs within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
  • Advanced understanding of marketing automation, CRM, and analytics systems.
  • Proficiency in SQL, data visualization, and API integration; familiarity with Python or JavaScript a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking skills.
  • Experience managing large datasets, ensuring compliance, and supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, or marketing technology preferred.
