OPPORTUNITY

As Integrated Program Manager, you’ll drive operational excellence across Sunny’s Marketing & Experience Team, coordinating multi-channel initiatives from concept through delivery. This is a pivotal role that ensures strategy, creative, and execution stay aligned across fast-moving, high-visibility programs.

You’ll act as both conductor and catalyst—managing timelines, resources, and dependencies while fostering collaboration among strategists, designers, developers, and analysts. The right candidate brings a bias toward action, process discipline, and the ability to anticipate what’s next.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES

Program and Project Management

• Lead planning and delivery of concurrent marketing and engagement programs.
• Manage timelines, milestones, and dependencies across multiple teams.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, status reports, and risk registers.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with ISR, BCC, and XO leads to ensure clarity on priorities and deliverables.
• Coordinate vendor and partner workstreams to align with Sunny’s standards and deadlines.
• Facilitate post-project reviews to identify learnings and opportunities for improvement.

Operational Improvement and Governance

• Design and refine workflows, tools, and communication systems for efficiency and transparency.
• Support budget tracking, resource planning, and performance reporting for all active programs.
• Advocate for continuous improvement and operational best practices across M&ET.

Who You Are

• 8+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably within marketing, digital, or consulting environments.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Expertise in Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
• Skilled in project management tools such as Asana, Jira, or Smartsheet.
• Strong communicator who thrives under pressure and adapts quickly to change.
• Bachelor’s degree required; PMP or Agile certification preferred.
