OPPORTUNITY
As an Implementation Specialist, you will implement Sunny’s software solutions and services that meet clients’ needs. You will work closely with project managers and solution designers to ensure that the software is configured and tested properly per client specifications. This includes training clients on how to use the software and troubleshooting configuration issues. Communication skills are key in this role as you will be collaborating with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders. You must be organized, detail-oriented, and have strong problem-solving skills.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Lifecycle Management:
- Collaborate with clients and project team members to gather requirements for software implementation
- Design and configure software to meet client needs
- Facilitate discussions around technical configurations including the setup of SFTP folders, file data mapping and more
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers to ensure seamless implementation and support
- Develop and execute test plans to test and ensure high-quality software implementation
- Utilize SQL to query databases for troubleshooting testing scenarios
- Ensure that the project team and key stakeholders are aware of key deliverables and milestones and any potential roadblocks
- Provide training and end-user support during and after the implementation process on how to use purchased software systems and customized system features.
- Implement a successful client hand-off when the implementation has been completed. Included but not limited to creating handoff documents and logging customer feedback
- Assist in executing pre-sales product demonstrations or aid in scoping projects or developing proposals
REQUIRED CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Proven experience working as an Implementation Specialist.
- Sound technical knowledge.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and SQL database management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to balance multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with internal teams and external vendors.
- Ability to adjust or move self and light or medium weight objects in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments
- In the event of a workplace incident, agreeance to submit to testing for the detection of drugs and/or alcohol
- Completion of a criminal background check inclusive of a motor vehicle report
PREFERRED CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in healthcare technology or fintech environments.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements for healthcare and financial products.
- Demonstrated success in process improvement and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, adaptable to changing priorities.
- Intrinsic motivation and commitment to quality work.
- No ego, will find a way to get any job done
