ANY ENTRIES AWARDED IN CONNECTION WITH COMPLETING HEALTHY ACTIVITIES IN THE PROGRAM (EACH AN “ACTIVITY”) ARE ISSUED ON A GRATIS BASIS AND ARE IN ADDITION TO ANY REWARDS OR INCENTIVES PROVIDED BY SPONSOR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROGRAM (EACH A “REWARD”) AND ARE NOT SOLD OR OFFERED FOR SALE OR PROVIDED AS A REWARD OR INCENTIVE UNDER THE PROGRAM.

1. SPONSOR AND ADMINISTRATOR

2. ELIGIBILITY
To enter the Promotion, you must be (i) at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in your domicile, if older; (ii) a current (at the time of entry) non-exempt hourly associates of Navitus Health Solutions; and (iii) a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, and (iv) in receipt of an email invitation to download and participate in the Program from Navitus Health Solutions. All national, federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply with respect to eligibility.
3. HOW TO ENTER
You can enter the Promotion by completing any of the following methods of entry (each a “Method of Entry”) to earn an entry into the Drawings (each an “Entry” and each person receiving an Entry, an “Entrant”):
Visiting the link contained in the email invitation sent by Sponsor, registering as a Participant in the Program, and completing Activities (the “Activity Method”). You will earn Rewards in accordance with the official rules for the Program (“Program Rules”). In addition, you will receive tokens that are exchangeable for the same number of Entries as the value of the Reward (e.g., if the Reward earned is $10, you will revive tokens that are exchangeable for 10 Entries. Once you have reached the Cap and are no longer eligible to earn rewards, you will still receive tokens as an additional gratis ancillary “thank you” for completing an Activity calculated the same way (i.e., if you complete an Activity that would have earned a $10 Reward if not for the Cap, you will still receive 10 tokens redeemable for Entries but not the Reward).
Visiting www.sunnybenefits.com/Navitus and completing a registration form (“Free Entry Website”) that does not require completion of an Activity identifying the Promotion that you are entering and the basis for your eligibility.
THE TOKENS AND REDEEMED ENTRIES AWARDED IN CONNECTION WITH ACTIVITIES ARE SEPARATE FROM AND NOT A PART OF THE PROGRAM AND ARE ISSUED ON A GRATIS BASIS AND ARE IN ADDITION TO ANY REWARDS PROVIDED BY SPONSOR IN CONNECTION WITH THE DONATION AND ARE NOT SOLD, PAID, OR OFFERED FOR SALE. ENTRIES HAVE NO MONETARY VALUE AND CANNOT BE REDEEMED OR EXCHANGED FOR CASH OR ANY ITEM OF VALUE.
The maximum number of Entries that will be awarded to any Entrant is restricted to 100 total Entries per person per Promotion. Attempts made by the same individual to earn more than the stated number of entries by using multiple or false contact information, accounts or otherwise may result in disqualification. Entries generated by a script, computer programs, macro, programmed, robotic or other automated means are void and may be disqualified. Entries that are in excess of the stated limit(s), incomplete, illegible, corrupted, damaged, destroyed, forged, false, lost, late or misdirected, deceptive or otherwise not in compliance with the Official Rules may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. All materials submitted become the physical property of Sponsor and will not be returned. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the registered account holder of the email address associated with the entry for the domain associated with the submitted address, provided that person is eligible. You may be required to show proof of being the registered account holder. Any attempted form of Entry other than as described herein is void. Entries in violation of these Official Rules will be disqualified. As determined by Sponsor, any Submission that includes illegal, false, or fraudulent information, obscenities, objectionable material, or which defames or invades the publicity or privacy rights of any person, living or deceased, or otherwise infringes upon any third party’s personal or proprietary rights, publicity rights, will be disqualified. Submissions that are incomplete, illegible or corrupted are void and will not be accepted. Normal time, toll, connection and usage rates, and postal charges (if any), charged by your Internet service provider or post operator will apply. For your Entry to be valid, you must acknowledge reading, accepting, and agreeing to all terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules.
4. DRAWINGS STRUCTURE
The Promotion begins at 12:01:00 a.m. EST on May 19th, 2025, and ends on December 31st , 2025 at 11:59:59 p.m. EST (“Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s method of timekeeping is the official time clock for each Drawing and is final and undisputable.
During the Promotion Period, Sponsor will conduct a total of eight (8) random drawings (each a “Drawing”) and five (5) prizes will be awarded at each Drawing (each a “Prize”). Each Drawing shall take place on the schedule described below (each a “Drawing Date”).
All Entries submitted during the Promotion Period will be entered into the Drawing. Non-winning entries will carry forward to subsequent Entry Periods. The designated computer clock of the Sponsor is the official time-keeping device in the Sweepstakes.

5. SELECTION OF WINNERS
On or around each Drawing Date, Sponsor shall randomly draw five (5) potential winners from all eligible Entries for the applicable Drawing (each a “Potential Winner”). If your entry is drawn, you will be deemed the Potential Winner of that Promotion, pending confirmation and/or verification of your eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Sponsor shall use a computer-generated method of selection that is designed to ensure that each Drawing is conducted completely at random.
6. DESCRIPTION OF PRIZE
Prizes: Each Prize will consist of a $100 prepaid electronic gift card. Prizes are fulfilled digitally; terms and conditions apply. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Prize: $100
7. AWARD OF PRIZES
Potential Winners will be notified via e-mail within two (2) business days of the applicable Drawing Date using the email provided in the most recent eligibility file by Navitus Health Solutions (“Eligibility File”). To claim your Prize, you must reply by executing and returning an Affidavit of Eligibility and confirming that at the time of the Drawing you still met all applicable eligibility criteria, including employment with Navitus Health Solutions. You may also be required to provide a tax acknowledgment form if your Prizes won for the year equal or exceed $600. You must execute and return all documents within two (2) business days from the date they are sent to you, or your Prize may (in Sponsor’s sole discretion) be forfeited. If you are found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, decline to accept the Prize, Sponsor is unable to contact you within the time frame specified above, or if the Prize or Prize Notification is returned as undeliverable, you will forfeit the Prize, and Sponsor will select an alternate Potential Winner. All national, federal, state, provincial and local taxes, if any, are your sole responsibility. Prizes may not be substituted, assigned and/or transferred. Sponsor will attempt to fulfill all properly-claimed prizes no later than four (4) to six (6) weeks after winner verification.
8. REWARDS PROGRAM
During the applicable Promotion Period, Sponsor will award certain items when you complete specific Activities in the Program which are also available to complete in connection with the Promotion. Rewards are awarded solely on a value added or rewards and incentives basis in accordance with the rules and conditions of the Program. REWARDS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN ANY DRAWING AND SHALL BE AWARDED SEPARATE FROM ANY PORTION OF THE PROMOTION. REWARDS ARE SUBJECT TO ANY TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE PROGRAM.
9. PRIVACY AND DATA COLLECTION
When you enter the Promotion, Sponsor will collect certain information about you. Please review Sponsor’s privacy policy at www.sunnybenefits.com/privacy (“Privacy Policy”). In addition to any other sharing permitted by Sponsor’s privacy policy, by submitting an Entry, each you expressly consent to and authorize the disclosure and sharing of your information, which may include protected health information, as defined by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”) by Sponsor with the Navitus Health Solutions and any such third parties as are required to fulfill the Prize. All Entries remain the property of Sponsor. Changes may require up to five (5) business days to take effect. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to all the terms and conditions of the Privacy Policy. Each Winner’s acceptance of any Prize constitutes the grant of an unconditional right to use that Winner’s name, address (city and state only) on a publicly available list of winners.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The following limitations of liability only apply to extent permitted by the laws of the country, State, or Province of the applicable Entrant. To the extent any of the following limitations are not permitted under the laws of your State, Province, or country, you agree that the remaining portions of these limitations that are permissible shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Sponsor (both Navitus Health Solutions and Sunny Benefits, Inc., and its and their employees, officers, directors, subcontractors, or vendors (the “Release Parties”) are not responsible for illegible, lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or undeliverable e-mail; or for any computer, telephone, satellite, cable, network, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, or availability, or garbled, corrupt or jumbled transmissions, service provider/Internet/web site/use net accessibility, availability, or traffic congestion, or any technical, typographical, or other error, or unauthorized human intervention, or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of registration information, or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information. The Released Parties assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, or technical error. If, for any reason an Entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, corrupted or otherwise destroyed, or for any other reason not accepted as an entry into a particular Drawing, your sole remedy is to receive another entry into a different Drawing. If, for technical reasons or other reasons beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, any particular Drawing is not capable of running as planned, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Drawing and to credit participants with one (1) entry in the rearranged Drawing.
The Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, unintelligible, returned or undelivered entries, telephone calls, text messages, email, or for lost, interrupted or unavailable satellite, network, server, Internet Service Providers (ISP), website, or other connections availability, accessibility or traffic congestion, miscommunications, failed computer, network, telephone, satellite or cable hardware or software or lines, or technical failure, or jumbled, scrambled, delayed or misdirected transmissions, computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or network. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of any Promotion, or act in violation of the Official Rules, will be disqualified.
The Released Parties are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information (except as described in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy) and assume no responsibility for any error, omission, deletion, interruption or delay in operation or transmission or communication line failure, theft or destruction. Any use of robotic, macro, automatic, programmed or like entry methods (“Automated Entry Method”) will void all such entries, and may subject that Entrant to disqualification. Entrant may submit unlimited Submissions but must do so without using an Automated Entry Method. Neither Sponsor nor its agencies are responsible for injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer, or property related to or resulting from participating in the Promotion. Should any portion of Promotion be, in the Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Promotion, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend or modify any Promotion, and randomly select the Winners from valid entries received prior to action taken, or otherwise as may be deemed fair and equitable by the Sponsor. The authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the email address by the ISP or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an Entry, the Entry will be deemed to be submitted by the registered account owner of the email address provided on the Entry.
The Released Parties make no warranties, and hereby disclaim any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning any Prize or Reward furnished in connection with the Promotion or Program. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, PRIZES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW THE RELEASED PARTIES HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL SUCH WARRANTIES.
BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANT AGREES THAT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (A) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES, OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED, WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (B) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED (IF ANY) NOT TO EXCEED TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), BUT IN NO EVENT WILL ATTORNEYS’ FEES BE AWARDED OR RECOVERABLE; (C) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN ACTUAL OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES NOT TO EXCEED TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), AND/OR ANY RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED; AND (D) ENTRANTS’ REMEDIES ARE LIMITED TO A CLAIM FOR MONEY DAMAGES (IF ANY) AND ENTRANT IRREVOCABLY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
11. BINDING NATURE, WAIVER, INDEMNIFICATION
By entering the Promotion, you agree: (a) to be bound by these Official Rules and by all applicable laws and decisions of Sponsor, which shall be binding and final; (b) to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with respect to these Official Rules; (c) to irrevocably and unconditionally waive all of your rights to bring any claim, action, or proceeding against any of the Released Parties in connection with any Promotion; and (d) to forever and irrevocably agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless each of Sponsor and the Released Parties from any and all claims, lawsuits, judgments, causes of action, proceedings, demands, fines, penalties, liability costs and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable outside attorneys’ fees) that may arise in connection with: (i) each Promotion or the marketing or advertising thereof, (ii) typographical, translation, or printing errors in these Official Rules or any Promotion materials, (iii) any change in any Prize (or any components thereof) due to unavailability, or due to reasons beyond Sponsor’s control, (iv) any interruptions in or postponement, cancellation, or modification of any Drawing, (v) human error, (vi) incorrect or inaccurate transcription, receipt or transmission of any Entry, (vii) any technical malfunctions or unavailability of any telephone network, computer system, computer online system, computer timing and/or dating mechanism, computer equipment, software, or Internet service provider, or mail service utilized by Sponsor, any of the Released Parties or by you, (viii) interruption or inability to access any online service via the Internet due to hardware or software compatibility problems, (ix) any lost/delayed data transmissions, omissions, interruptions, defects, and/or any other errors or malfunctions, (x) any late, lost, stolen, mutilated, misdirected, illegible, delayed, garbled, corrupted, destroyed, incomplete, undeliverable or damaged Entries, (xi) any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any of the Released Parties, (xii) lost, late, stolen, misdirected, damaged or destroyed Prizes (or any element thereof), (xiii) the negligence or willful misconduct by you, or (ix) your participation in the Promotion and/or your acceptance, use or misuse of a Prize. To extent the laws of your country, State, or Province limits or does not permit any of the foregoing indemnifications, you agree that the indemnification obligations that are permissible shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
12. DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW
Unless the laws of your country state otherwise, you agree that: (i) all disputes, claims and causes of action at law or in equity (each individually, a “Claim”) arising out of or relating to any Promotion, the meaning or interpretation of the Rules or the Prize awarded shall be resolved by applying the laws of Colorado, without regard to conflict of laws provisions therein, and shall be solely and exclusively brought in the state or federal courts within Denver, Colorado; (ii) all Claims shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (iii) all Claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event include attorneys’ fees, and under no circumstances will any Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, as well as all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Released Parties shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief (unless otherwise precluded by any other provision of these Official Rules) in the state and federal courts of Denver, County. To the extent the laws of your country of residence restrict or prohibit the foregoing, you agree that all Claims shall be subject to the governing law of your country of residence and shall be brought in the courts located in your country of residence.
13. GENERAL
These Official Rules are subject to and incorporated by reference within Sponsor’s Terms of Service. If there is any conflict between the Terms of Service and these Official Rules, the Official Rules take precedence but only in relation to any Promotion. All rights reserved.
14. WINNERS’ LIST
For a list of Prize Winners, write your name and address and the name of the Promotion on a 3″x 5″ card and mail it in an envelope to: Winners List, Sunny Benefits: Navitus Health Solutions Promotion, 145 King St, Suite 102, Charleston, SC 29401. Winner List requests will only be accepted after the applicable Drawing’s end date (listed on the applicable Drawing Notification) and requests must be received no later than thirty days after such end date.
