Watco Rewards FAQ

Eligibility 

If you leave Watco and are rehired during the Rewards program, [April 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025] your entries will reset to zero. You will be able to begin to accrue entries during the rehire month and be entered into the following month’s sweepstakes drawing. For example, if you leave Watco in June and are rehired in October, you can begin to accrue new entries in October for the November 1st sweepstakes drawing. 

Program Duration 

The Rewards program starts on April 1, 2025, and ends on December 31, 2025. The final Rewards program sweepstakes drawing is January 1, 2026. 

Earning Rewards 

Available rewards are sweepstakes entries earned for self-reporting completion of health and benefits related activities.  

A sweepstakes is an opportunity to enter and potentially win a prize where winners are randomly selected from all eligible entries. 

You earn rewards by self-reporting completion of pending actions, such as “Complete your 2026 Open Enrollment,” “Get Your Flu Shot,” or “Review Your 401K Savings.” Each action has specific criteria and an associated number of entries next to the action that will accumulate over the duration of the Rewards program. 

All actions under “Available” are available for you to complete. New actions will be added each month during the Rewards program period to keep you engaged. 

Each action includes a description, and the steps needed to complete it. 

Completing Actions 

Follow these simple steps: 

  1. Select an “Available” action under “Actions for You” and then click the button at the bottom of the action description to move the action to “Pending.”  
  1. Once you have completed the action, click an action from the “Pending Actions” list, slide the “Complete Action” button to the right, and enter the completion date. After the submission is complete, entries will be credited to your account and added to your total entries. 

Tracking and Redeeming Rewards 

Yes! The Rewards program provides a detailed history of completed actions and earned entries in the “Recent Activity” section. 

You do not redeem entries; you will earn them by completing actions. Entries accumulate and are automatically entered into monthly sweepstakes for prizes. 

Sweepstakes Details 

Entries will roll over and accumulate until the Reward program’s end date [December 31, 2025], increasing your monthly chances of winning. 

The sweepstakes prize is a $200 digital gift card. You can choose the best gift card for your needs or make a charitable contribution from a variety of leading retailers and charities. Once you select your prize, you will receive a digital gift card confirmation to use when you are ready. 

Five (5) winners will receive the $200 prize each month. 

Entries will be collected on the first of each month. The sweepstakes drawings will occur five (5) business days from when entries are collected. You will be notified by email within ten (10) business days from the date of drawing to claim your prize if you won. The email will be sent to the email address provided when setting up your Watco Benefitplace account. Check your spam folder as well.  

You have 10 days from the time of notification to claim your prize. Once claimed there is no expiration on when you can use the digital gift card. 

If you miss the deadline to claim your prize, another winner will be drawn. Your accumulated entries will be included in the following month’s sweepstakes. 

You will receive an email from [email protected] to the email address provided when setting up your Watco Benefitplace account. It will include instructions on claiming the prize and a link to select a digital gift card.  

For each monthly sweepstakes you are eligible to win one prize.  

Yes. You can win more than one monthly sweepstakes over the duration of the Rewards program. 

Restrictions and Contact Information 

Yes. Per the Sweepstakes Rules you can earn a maximum of 88 entries during the Rewards program and all entries must be earned by completing the required self-attestation by December 31, 2025. See http://sunnybenefits.com/official-rules-watco-2025 for more details.

Technical Program Issues and Data Security 

Use the “Help” button at the top of the screen to contact support for Rewards program technical issues. Providing relevant information about the issue you are experiencing will speed up the resolution. For example, “I entered my completion date on October 1, 2025, for ‘Update my Contact Information’ but my entries are still not showing.” Or “I clicked the button to ‘Learn More’ about ‘Complete a Preventive Screening’ and it did not work. I tried this today, November 15, 2025.”
